Before we begin
Interior design addresses how people use a space and solves functional problems within the building. Decorating focuses on furnishing and adornment; an interior designer can also decorate.
Timing varies by scope and product lead times. Italian or custom cabinetry alone can require six to twelve weeks, and the studio creates a tailored schedule with ongoing updates.
As early as possible, even while waiting to close, so the scope is established and work can begin when you receive the keys.
A floor plan, visual references that communicate your style and a working budget. The studio may be able to obtain or create a floor plan when one is unavailable.
Yes. Roughly half of the studio's projects have been Miami second homes for clients based in Connecticut, New York and Boston.
